I’ve asked Corus Roofing to come out to a family property to give a roof estimate. They sent out Mr John O an he was extremely pleasant from his first arrival. Answered all questions went up onto the roof himself made marks on damaged areas that needed replacing an was happy to do the work it showed with his willingness to help. Only roofing company I’m dealing with from that point on an that’s been over 5 years ago!

John O. is both a roofer and general contractor. When competing with other vendors, he generally has better pricing and does more per dollar. Also, if the job is large enough to warrant several thousands, an amount outside of budget, he will provide creative options to accommodate.
